want advice on my suplements

hello everyone..
i am 24 male,weigh 161 lbs,175 cm long..

i want to build my muscles without increasing my weight(fat)..

my gym instructor gave these supplements to me ..

one chromium picolinate 200mcg before workout..
then 1 hour workout..
have 5-6 eggs..
then after few minutes 100% whey protein 5lbs chocolate surge with water...
then regular meals..

but i dont eat 5-6 eggs daily ..just about 2 eggs once or twice a week..

so what do you think guys???should i follow this routine or not???
can you advice other things..
 
well, eggs are not 'supplements'...they are 'food'.

and no, you should NOT be eating 5 eggs post workout, especially if you're going to have some Surge (which is a good, but fairly expensive post workout shake with simple carbs and protein in it).

I'd stop listening to this particular gym instructor.
