hey all, i was at sears this weekend snooping around killing time and noticed one of these...
what my thing is, is i am a fresh outta college guy paying back student loans, on a still crappy job, and trying to save money as well, so i am very tight on money. i tested the thing out in the store this and the upright...
both seemed decent, but the upright didnt have programs built in and i hear an upright is bad for your back or something. anyways, for the price and my situation, would these be good to use as a type of cardio to help burn off some fat? thanks for any help!
