Weight-Loss Wanna start a monthly challenge with me?

OK I've thought about starting a challege for myself. But I don't know how to go about it on here so try to keep up lol.

I wanna lose over 50 lbs and to keep myself motivated I think I should set a monthly goal. (for some reason weekly goals don't work - they make me wanna constantly look at the scale)

Like heres my example:

Start with your

age: 20
height 5'3"

Starting:

weight: 181

goal for next month:

July-1-2010

weight: 170


Anyone interested in joining me in this?

I suggest joining the year long challenge. We all weigh in monthly, except for the end of the challenge where we weigh in weekly starting in November to know where we stand in weight loss. If you look through the challenges there are many to suit all different types of goals. I personally LOVE weighing in daily, because I KNOW I am losing... I figure it would be a real shame to step on after a month only to realize I have lost nothing or have gained, but some people weigh in Monthly and do great! Also, I just like to see my hard work in the form of seeing a lower number on the scale, it keeps me going day in and day out.

Anyways, good luck on your journey! I also suggest starting a diary if you have not yet, you will get tons of feed back and support from other members and it is what keeps me coming here :)
