I have struggled with my weight most of my life. Ive gone up and down over the years. at my largest i was 180lbs. Im glad to say that this year i have lost 25lbs. I now weigh 128lbs and I wear a size 6. Ive done research, and found out that for my age and height i should be b/w 115-130lbs. Even though im in my healthy weight range, my stomach is still very flabby and fat when compared with the rest of my body. Its not hanging skin, its fat. Im not sure what to do. Part of me thinks that its genetics and its not possible to lose anymore, but i dont want to give up. i know you cant spot reduce, and ill do anything short of surgery. please help, it would be much appreciated.
