I've got a problem:
I want a good, nutritious diet, for $100-$200 a month, but I'm far away from home (at college) and the only grocery store here besides Walmart is expensive and boring. Walmart's stuff is a lot fresher too.
But to get to the point .. is there a way I can get all my daily requirements from stuff available from Walmart? I just want a good 10% fat 40% carbs 50% protein diet or something such. Probably 1800-2000 kcal/day .. I'm not trying to starve myself.
I figure a good breakfast would be oats, but lunch, supper, and snacks tend to stump me ....
PS I also can get stuff from Amazon shipped to me, is there stuff there I should look for?
Thanks in advance!
