Wallmart supplements

Are the supplements sold by Walmart named “Body Fortress” any good, or is it like the rest of Walmart’s stuff…

All the supplements I looked at Wallmart were crap. Post the ingredients.
Their whey was all saturated fat and cholesterol. basically the crap left over from quality supplement manufacturers.

If you want quality, I recommend ON or something. They're pretty cheap too.

I use 6 Star Body Fuel from wal-mart though it can also be purchased at GNC or Vitamin World. I love it and the ingredients are comparable to any other brand. Just read the labels and dont become a victim of marketing and fancy packaging that most people fall prey to.

glutamine is pretty much useless for working out. skip it.

i'd also go with a whey + casein blend protein. whey is good for fast digestion...casein is good for slow digestion.

I like Nitrean because its whey+casein+egg protein. and it tastes sinful.
