Hi, I was wondering..... I am thirteen and a little over five feet, and weigh about 100 pounds. I have a small amount of stomach fat, and appear quite skinny under my t shirts, but I would like to tone up, and look good in a bikini. I usually walk 2 miles a day, 6 days a week(on a treadmill). I have been doing this for two weeks. Is the the right way to lose stomach fat? And is there anything else that I can do to lose weight from this area? Another thing, if you know, how long does it take to lose this? I 'd say have to lose five pounds or less. Thank you.
