Okay, yeah, the title is dumb, but I really couldn't think of anything else....*lol*

Same procedure as last month. Set yourself some little targets, then try to hit or surpass them. Everybody's welcome, the more the merrier. :)

Thanks for starting the December thread San :) Better title than I'd have come up with.
So being that it's Dec 1st and the start of a new month, and the last month of the year, I better hit some targets!!
Usually I just weigh in on Saturday's, but this time I've added the 31st as my final date because I REALLY want to hit the 120s and that will give me 3 extra days to hit the last 2 lbs (if I actually manage to hit my goals this time).

To hit my ideal goals I need to lose 6lbs a week. LOL!

Update 12/10: Got a new scale, turns out my original start weight was about 5 lbs higher than what I originally thought. So I have updated my numbers.

Welcome all, glad to see you here.

Mr. Vee, they do say that plagiarism is the sincerest form of flattery, don't they? ;)

For everybody, I know it's going to be difficult for some to do their weigh ins over Christmas, so nobody worry about that. Just weigh in whenever you can, and update your tables when you get around to do so. There's no rush to get your stats posted. :)
 
Giving myself a break for the one week I'm on vacation with my goal being only of not GAINING weight. (Even that might be a stretch!)

Overall planning for a 6.6lb drop this month.

I doubt my goal is reasonable especially considering the xmas feast at my folks on xmas eve and ours on xmas day, but I will try my hardest to hit it. I realize that is too high a rate of loss, but I believe that 328 is artificially high and that a large drop will happen very soon.

So yeah not happy with this morning weigh in. But It did drop so at least that is good. I think at 135 (10lbs lost) I will re-measure to see if anything has changed. I don't see or feel any changes yet but time will tell. Still nowhere near where I want to be but at least I'm not gaining other than the odd spikes during the week. Let's hope this week is better than the last!

Not too shabby. I am not officially "healthy" (under 136lbs). AND I have lost 11 lbs! WOOHOO! Sadly still off from my goal, and not sure I can hit the 120s in just over a week, but we shall see! I am satisfied with the progress this week.
