hi guys im chris.i went up to 24 stone.now 21 stone.feeling so much better.got app lose it on play store and keep a track of everything i eat.2167 cals a day but ive been having 1700 and burning off fat.its amazing.i take a lot of water on board too.i do one cal spray in pan and do peppers onions and chicken breast.salads and fish.tuna steaks in iceland also smoked haddock.atlantic cod.low fat low carbs.i eat well but healthy.my aim is 18 stone.42 pounds to go.
