i am almost 80lbs over my target weight. i have had basically zero intentional excersize since i started having babies 5yrs ago. i started walk away the pounds dvd series about 3wks ago. i love the workouts and think they are a good starting point. but they almost seem too easy. i have multiple choices, kick boxing and walking, hand weights and walking, etc. i am sometimes doing 2mi a day sometimes 5mi. in addition to this i make it a point to walk at the zoo or at the park a least a few times a week. is this going to be enough for me? or will my weight loss taper off at some point when the excersizes become too easy for me? anyone ever lost a large amount of weight successfully using these dvd's? (just as an added note i have made serious changes to my diet as well)

If you're willing to cut calories then you will lose weight regardless of how much you exercise. I do a lot of walking myself. I like it because it burns the most calories for the least amount of risk of injury and doesn't leave you feeling exhausted at the end of the day. But most of my weight loss is thanks to my diet.
