Hello, I am a 19 year old college volleyball player. I have been an athlete since I was a little girl, and I've always been in pretty good shape but I started to be a slight bit on the stocky side as high school presented the lifting program. Volleyball Haas been my main sport over the years, and staying fit and in the weight room has been a big part of my success. towards the end of my senior year though, I was sure a sport in college was not for me. I stopped lifting weights and almost immediately noticed a difference in my body. Turns out that I tend to bulk up when I follow a steady lifting rutine. I lost a lot of weight and a lot of my size, and seeming in nearly six feet tall, this showed a great deal. I ran quite a bit, and tried watching what I ate. I felt amazing, and looked good. Halfway through my first semester though, I realized I wanted back on the court. Signing with a college, I was thrown immediately into a weight program. I have now bulked up a great deal again.. Weighing the most I have ever weighed. While that doesn't bother me as much as having gone up several sizes again, I still know it is a vital part of being strong and having a good vertical. I was wondering if anyone knew how I could de-bulk without losing strength? Possibly an eating trick? Or more running? I love my body, but want it to be at its best performance.. If anyone could help, I would appreciate it a great deal! Thank you!
