Vitamins

a plain old multi vitamin never killed anyone, but you really want to get control of your weight by watching what you eat - record your calories in a program like which will also give you nutrient breakdowns as well.. as for gaining muscle - a pill isn't going to do that for you - working at it will...
 
i thought vitamins would only help you GAIN weight and not LOSE weight!!! I'm considering either taking pills for losing weight, i've heard about xenical - or bypass surgery.. but i'm not sure as surgery would bring lots of excess skin... but for xenical, i'm afraid of becoming sterile.. as i'm in the process of being pregnant..
