Vitamins

Does anyone here suggest with cutting calories and such to take a multivitamin maybe? I was thinking of taking one and possibly one for Calcium since I don't get much dairy into my diet. Thanks for any feedback in advance!!!

Multi-vitamin

I would take atleast a multi-vitamin to make sure you are getting the nutrients you need.
 
I would honestly use a nurtient tracker like sparkpeople or fitday to make sure you are getting the proper nutrients thru your food... Taking a multivitamin is a pretty good thing, but anything above that if you're already getting what you need in your food, you just end up with expensive pee... :D
