vitamin protien mixes please help me

Okay all here is the deal. I found a good natural protein whey called any whey that has no flavors which i like but it has no vitamins. I would like to have vitamins in it cause my stomach cannot handle multi vitamin pills. I do not want tons of sugar or artificial sugars like splenda. I do not need any flavor.

Since I already found the whey I like are there any good powder or flavorless liquid vitamins I could add to this? Or if you know of any good protein blends without flavor and having vitamins that would be great too. If it is one with everything in it I would like 50% of most things cause I want to drink one before and one after work outs.

Hope this all made sense. Thanks for any links or info.

Peace

What makes your stomach unable to handle multivitamins? There's quite a few out there.. not sure of any off hand, but have you considered crushing/opening up an ordinary multivitamin by any chance?

Centurm has Chewable vitamins now and they arent child vitamins. I found them at my local grocery store. They taste a lot like those chewable vitamin C tabs. I have trouble swallowing pills so I was ecstatic when I found these

often at health food stores you can find powdered multi vitamins, with just gelatin caps around it.

i suspect it would taste god aweful though...like trying to chew an asprin.

Yeah I tried those centrum chewables but they have aspertame in em and I hate those artificial sweetners even more than i hate sugar.

Do you have to have flavorless protein? I was looking into them and the one I found had a considerably lower amount of protein than the regular shakes.

no i dont mind if it has flavor I just dont want a ton of sugar (more than 4 grams) and I do not want any fake chemical sugar substitute. those are my only real requirments.

both sell bulk protein with un-flavored, un-sweetened options.

frankly i can't fathom drinking unflavored protein. i would think it'd taste like the devil's semen...but what do i know.

why the strong aversion to artificial sweetners, splenda in particular? i'm no fan of sacchrine or nutrasweet, but splenda is a sugar molecule with a chloride ion attached to it so the body can't process it, but it still tastes sweet.
at least i can pronounce 'sucralose'...that nutrasweet 'phenalketanuerics' or whatever...if you can't say it, don't eat it ;)
