VidaThin or DYI Master Cleanse Lemonade Diet?

I started gaining weight in the year 2010. Before that, I had a healthy weight. Do you know how did I come to know I'm overweight? My PMS started to show abnormal symptoms by the end of 2010. My health supervisor checked my hormonal balance and weight. After reviewing the reports, I found that

I was overweight by 35 lbs and my insulin level was slightly on the higher side.

What My Health Supervisor Advised?

1. Walk at least 4 k.m in half n hour.
2. Walk at least 5 days a week.
3. Get rid of simple carbohydrates like rice, white bread, Maggie, cookies, pastries etc. Bottomline, reduce weight in any way you can.

I started following the instructions. And yes, I noticed a little bit improvement, but not so significant. Besides, controlling my appetite became an issue as I started feeling too much hungry during that time (Because I increased physical activities).

Meantime, I heard about VidaThin from one of my friends. I reviewed the product and decided to try as I had no other medical complications. Guess what, I'm happy that I thought about giving it a try.

VidaThin speeds up weight loss. It is a very good natural lemon detox which purifies the blood by throwing out toxins naturally, curbs hunger level, and supplies all nutrients to the body which do not let you feel light headed or weak. It does not need you to go for fasting. And who has the time to do all the arrangements of master cleanse diet? I think it's far better than the scary master cleanse lemonade diet, don't you? VidaThin has made a good reputation all over the U.S.

You can visit VidaThin's homepage to get a thorough information about their product. Oh! One more thing - they allow online purchase and also offer discounts if you buy through a coupon code.

How strange. I lost 168 pounds without going to any of the bother of vidathin, mastercleanse or anything similar.

Regular walking and healthy food control (cutting out those starchy carbs and junk food items) worked really well for me and loads of other people.

Anyone seriously considering a cleansing or detox style diet would benefit in my opinion from seeing what the medical reputable authorities have to say on the subject - remember that individual company websites are trying to sell you something. Believe them like you would believe any other salesman.

The Mayo Clinic is an authority that I often refer to. They say this on the subject:

'Detox, or detoxification, diets are popular, but they're not scientifically proven.'

The Mayo Clinic finishes with this on the subject:
'Finally, keep in mind that fad diets aren't a good long-term solution. For lasting results, your best bet is to eat a healthy diet based on fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and lean sources of protein.'

Yes, my friend, I always support natural weight loss, too. My weight loss journey includes making changes to my food habit and reducing consumption quantity of solid foods. Now I eat four small meals throughout the day. VidaThin is the supplementary juice recipe for me which offers energy to my (as it contains all natural vitamins and minerals) body and also helps me to remove toxins.

The Mayo Clinic link says that 'However, there's little evidence that detox diets actually remove toxins from the body'. People tend to get sufficient energy if they ensure that they hit their various vitamins / minerals / macros with their diet. Examining the food plan using an analysis tool (eg a free account from ) shows whether these targets are hit - and a simple multivitamin tablet can be taken. Often - a lack of energy is a sign that people are having insufficient protein. I shoot for a minimum of 1g per pound of lean body weight - but I know people that aim for a higher target.

Absolutely right. This is why I think knowing an ideal food consumption quantity is very important for maintaining healthy weight.

VidaThin has almost all important vitamins (vitamin A, B6, B12, C, D3), natural antioxidant and dietary fiber that keep one full and energetic throughout a day. As VidaThin is a good source of liquid for the body, it also keeps the body hydrated. Normal water does not have the essential vitamins in it. So, worth giving a try.

If you think that it is a cost effective vitamin supplement - then it may be worth giving it a try. I personally like the vitamin formula for Centrum Performance - but I know that other people like other similar supplements.

Ingredients Amt Per Serving Units %Daily Value
Vitamin A 20% as Beta Carotene 3500 IU 70%

Vitamin B6 6 mg 300%

I think that most of us on the forum know to ensure that we are adequately hydrated. The recommendation of the International Sports Medicine Institute is 1 ounce for every 2 pounds that we weigh.

Many thanks for the reference, Omega. However, I personally don't prefer the pills. I always doubt their chemical composition. Moreover, they need serious supervision of health experts. VidaThin is pure and does not need serious medical guidance.

And yes, I found out that VidaThin is offering a coupon code which undoubtedly makes it an attractive deal for me. If anyone needs any assistance with this, you can contact me here for further details.

We most certainly differ - as I think that any process which suggests that people live off basically lemon juice with maple syrup for days on end is worth serious supervision from health experts if anything does.

This is NOT a way to learn healthy new eating habits. Without learning new eating habits - people simply regain any lost weight in the same way that they gained it last time round.

Yes, this is why my weight loss goal comprises reducing consumption of strachy and highly fatty foods, replacing them with protein, green vegetables, fruits, eating small but frequently and sticking to VidaThin.

I don't support fasting for losing weight at all.

I am glad to hear that you only use Vidathin only as a vitamin supplement and eat healthily every day - not supporting in any way its use as a detox style diet. I hope that it combines with your nutrition to hit a lot of vitamin targets. At first glance it didnt appear to hit too many vitamins in there... I am sure that you will get a lot of the others from your food.

I hope that their other customers do the same.

Why does it need a study to prove its effectiveness? As far as I know, VidaThin never claims to help people get a slim body in just 1 month of time.

It's an aiding element that supplements our weight loss process. This is why I went through their site <spam removed> numbers of times before I tried it. I like it because I can have it with my regular meals. I feel less bloaty and energetic. And of course, it keeps my stomach occupied and busy. :)

To be fair - getting back to the title of the post - I cannot say that I approve of a DIY Mastercleanse Lemonade Diet which is after all - all that the OP is asking us to compare it to......

My preference is "neither". I noticed that she didnt follow either - but ate proper balanced meals.

Thanks Omega. And what are you talking about Steve? People fall for the Scam when they go for a product or service blindly.

Here I don't see anything so shady about VidaThin. It's a health rejuvenating, most importantly, a healthy ready to consume drink enriched with multivitamins. Moreover, I never heard them making vague promises, like the others in the market.

So, I'm happy to continue with VidaThin only.

I agree with Steve.

Also, the product has been mentioned enough in this thread. Unless there's an actual point to all of this (apart from pushing the product), this is very close to the edge of spamming. Which is frowned upon on this forum.

How soon a person will lose fat depends on his/her dietary habit and lifestyle. I don't know about others, but I can say that my daily health regimen is not the perfect one.

Most of us do not follow a perfect routine for six days a week. Our prolonged unhealthy lifestyle creates lots of adverse situations for our body, which in turn affects body's natural metabolic rate.

I personally believe that a perfect mix of lemon and water improves digestion and liver function (these are critical for weight loss).

Nothing that pure water can't do. Plus, it's more the kidneys than the liver actually. I'm still waiting for any kind of scientific evidence (like a long term study) that proves any kind of benefit from that lemon nonsense. And I mean a study that wasn't paid for by the people trying to push that kind of nonsense, but from a reputable place. Also, do you copy and paste your posts from somewhere? You don't seem to actually answer any of the questions that people ask you....just wondering.

1st, it's our liver that converts fat into energy. So yes, liver does have a very important role in promoting weight loss.

2nd, Water, of course, encourages better digestion and detoxifies the body; but, it does not have the best combination of essential vitamins, minerals or fiber to support body's different important functions.

3rd, a lemon drink helps to get rid of water weight fast. However, I prefer consuming a balanced drink which has all required vitamins and minerals.

4th, I love to save my time. So, if I get a ready to consume drink that can provide all essenential elements including the goodness of lime, I would love to go for that.

5. When a solution is natural with no any chemical or synthetic ingredients in it, I won't mind. Ingredients used matter a lot.

VidaScam hand book.

Nowadays, most of us are smart enough to point out how does a scam look like. :)

How often we ask for a clinical/medical trial evidence when we go to purchase lemon in the supermarket?....just wondering..

"Provide me a clinical evidence and then I will buy a lemon". "And if you can show four evidences, I will buy four" lol! :)

If anybody claims that the lemon has any miraculous properties that will make me lose weight, and expects me to pay through the nose for it, then yes, I will ask them to prove it.

You are the one making the claims, but are unable to answer any questions, make valid points without getting your facts wrong, or provide something as simple as evidence for what you claim. You can try to make it look funny, but really, all you're proving is that you can't answer the questions, and there is no evidence.
