Hi,
I've just gotten back on the "gym train," and am looking for advice. I'm a diehard stationary bike lover b/c they're so low impact and I've a bit of a knee problem. But recently i've been using the Versa Climber and am really impressed so far.
It almost seems like 5 minutes on the Versa Climber is worth 10 minutes on the bike. When I began on the VC, I couldn't last more than 6 minutes. Now I'm up to over 20 minutes, with a couple of breaks in there to get my breath back/wipe the sweat off my hands and face!
So here's my question: Is there any reason at all I should spend time on the bike, or would it be more effective for me to just continue to up my time/speed on the VC?
(I am looking to tone up, lose some weight, and am hitting the gym 3-4 times a week, lifting weights, eating right, etc...)
Thanks for any kind advice!
Heather
