Sport veggies and fruit

Is it just me or does eatting a lot of veggies and fruits bloat you? I eat a lot of fruit and cottage cheese and sometimes after eatting it I feel bloated. Anyway to stop the bloat?
 
I think I heard somewhere that if you eat a large carb dish with your veggies or fruit (bowl of rice or pasta, say), then something happens to cause that. It was suggested to eat your carbs a little after, not mix them together. I have no idea if this is right, but maybe something to look into
 
I am not an expert nor a nutritionist but high amounts of fruits and veggies contain fiber which in turn can cause gas or bloating.
You could try some type of supplement for gas such as Beano.
 
That's pretty normal. You can try beano or gas ex. Another option is taking digestive enzymes. They're quite beneficial anyway. They can help you properly digest your food and have less bloating. They make a difference for me.
