Sport Veggie Burgers for cut?

Sport Fitness
Anyone know if Morningstar Farms Veggie Burgers are decent for a cut? I am looking to add different things to my diet, i eat pretty clean 95% of the time and maybe cheat 1x a week if that... here is the link for the original veggie burger from morningstar

Looks pretty clean i think?

I get so sick of products claiming to be Vegetarian then containing milk and or eggs.

Well the only thing that truly leaps out at me is the amount of soy in the product. While this gives the product the bulk of its protein and complete protein at that. Its really up to you rather or not you believe ingesting soy can turn you into a woman (EXTREMELY simple terms lol). Beyond the soy the product is Decent.

Last but not least, I do not recommend cooking any product containing much polyunsaturated oils. namely because of how unstable these oils already are, And under extreme heat their chemical structure has been known to change (sometimes into even carcinogenic substances).

My final world, While not the greatest v-edgy burger iv seen. It is solid and will not kill your cut or you by eating it.

Question...are you vegetarian? If not then no need to go that route.

If you are here is a great veggie burger recipe, much more healthy then the morning star.

Bean Veggie Burgers

# 1 scant cup boiling water
# 1 Tbs tomato paste or ketchup
# 1 16-oz can kidney beans drained
# 1/4 cup rolled oats
# 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
# 2 tbsp chopped pecans
# 1/2 tsp oregano
# 1 Tbs tarmari or soy sauce
# 1 tsp splenda
# salt and pepper to taste
# dash whole wheat flour for dusting

Makes six burgers.
Mix items in processor until you get a patty type mixture. Flatten out six burgers. Layer the burgers with sheets of waxed paper and refrigerate for at least one hour. Take out and grill as normal.

Veggie burgers are the suck..especially if you're a vegetarian. Eat some real food. Vegetables, grains, legumes. There are tons of options that aren't processed garbage containing an as-yet-unknown source of protein (soy) and deficient in biologically available micronutrients.
