Sport Vegetarian burgers for meals?

Sport Fitness
Hi i was wondering if vegetarian burgers are any good for an evening meal. On wholemeal batches with plenty of salad.

One tip would be to dish out the bread from the top of the bun so that it can be loaded with extra salad ;)

But i was just wondering are these any good for "dinner". They have approx 10g protein per burger, and hardly any fat. I think there are 3g of carbohydrates per burger too.

Just wondering if these are better than a beef burger? Plus they are quicker to cook. Are they better for you than beef burgers? Obviously white meat is better?

Thanks in advance for any replies :D

i dunno if thats better then beef burgers for u,
but i usually just hav loads of fish and chicken pieces in the freezer.
and that morning i leave it out to defrost,
wen i come home, i grill it, which takes aroun 15 mins, (including preparing it)
while thats cooking, cut up some vegies, steam/microwave/oven them
either way, and i dont usually hav very many carbs at nite,
i get them from vegetables, no complex carbs (breads)
u can also marinate ure meats, u can get turkey mince, and use them for burgers, they r extremely good (y)
anyways im not sure bout vegie burgers, but i would reckon they hav to hav fat in them, ud be surprised how much fat is in processed foods.

it depends on your goals. if weight loss is your only goal then its fine. but if you want to build muscle or get fit then no way - stick a chicken breast in there instead.
