Hi Ans Ans,

you will probably find most people here will recommend you resign with Cohens to get an updated program. Over time (and after pregnancies) your body's chemical composition changes, so what was a perfect program for you in the past, may no longer be so good.

Having said that, there is no reason why following the ideas behind the Cohen's program can't be a healthy way to lose weight. Here are the vegies that I am aware Cohen's allows. Please be aware that I'm not on Cohens - but these vegies are also the ones allowed on the Tony Ferguson diet which follows the same principals of low carb low GI vegies.

Asparagus
Cucumber
Cabbage
Lettuce
Yellow Squash
Tomato (1/2 per meal 1 per day)
Celery
Brussel Sprouts
Gem Squash
Mushrooms
Zucchini
Bok choy
Green capsicum
Cauliflower
Spinach
Onion (up to 2 tblspn)

Good luck with your weight-loss efforts.
Cheers,
Linda

thanks Linda
for the listing, I have got the blood test done and there is not major change in that.

I would be trying with my previous plan and if that doesn't work then definitely I would get another program made.
