Hello,

Can someone please let me know what vegan food is best for Omega 3, it is the only nutrient I lack.

I don't want to drink Linseed oil, I would rather eat consume it with the food I eat. I find it difficult to add seeds to my diet. So if possible not a seed.

Thank you for your answers

I know you said you don't want any seeds, but flax seed is one of the best vegan sources for omega-3.

Things to know about flax seed:
-Buy it whole, but don't eat it whole. Your body can't break it down whole, so it just passes right through you.
-Store your seeds away from sunlight and heat.
-Grind it up right before you use it. A coffee grinder works well for this. Once flax seed it ground up, it can start losing nutrients.
-Mix your freshly ground flax seed into smoothies, yogurts, salads, etc. Yes, it will add a bit of grainy texture, but omega-3 is super important, so it's worth it. It's really not that bad.

Flaxseed oil is great on salads in dressings but you cannot cook with it. I buy Barleans at Whole Foods. It is mild enough to take straight. You can also put it is smoothies, YUM!
