Sport Veg

Sport Fitness
i guess this is aimed mostly at those who have recently went from a very unhealthy diet to a much better one but anyone is free to answer.

I'd like to know that if your eating your 5 fruit n veg a day ( or more) are you really feeling the difference in your energy levels and motivation?

Of course.

Fries and Gravy < Fruits and Veggies.

When you eat healthy you become healthy...therefore mood and motivation go through the roof.

;)

Hope I helped!

Definitely.

The nutritional effects that eating healthy has on your BODY, plus the motivational effects that eating healthy has on your MIND are amazing. No more "Why did I eat that?" feeling after you just finished your grease-fest from BK. You can now walk around proud and strong.

You are what you eat!

totally. I feel like I could run a marathon everyday.

Once I started eating a good balanced breakfast it provided even more of an energy boost.

My energy never changes. My motivation hasnt changed since I began my goal quest over two years ago. It hasnt changed since I have met my goal.

My energy and motivation increased beyond measure as compared to when I first started.

Because:

1. I KNOW nutrition influences it.

2. I know my mind influences it.

3. I know education can influence it.

4. I know keeping 1 through 3, I will always stay on top when being true to myself, and NEVER abandoning my inner diet and fitness desires that I set based on my heart: Despite contrary opinion.

If my wife, who has my heart lassoed right next hers in her chest, cannot influence me with her contrary opinion (she doesnt like me ripped, it looks "freakish" to her, lol), no one on this forum can nor anyone else.

Only I.....have control.......PERIOD.

Any questions?

Best wishes,

Chillen

And i completely agree, and a lot of it tastes a helluva lot better than any crap fast food chains pump out. makes me wonder why so many people stick with junk.

Makes all the difference. Even if you aren't eating for the sake of getting fit good food will do you a world of good including making you feel, look and live better. Junk once in a while is fine, but it really should be once in a while - I eat burger and chips or pig out on a pizza maybe once a month, although I haven't touched any of it for nearly three months.
