Well, as I have a lot of time these days (I just quit my job and I don't plan on doing anything until september when I go back to school) I decided to start a diary. I'm new to this site and I think it's incredible what everybody has achieve!! I just hope I can do the same. My highest weight was about 160 lbs and it took me everything to go down to 130 lbs. But I lost motivation and now i'm back at 137 and it seem like it won't come off!! Anyway, each day i run for at least 30 minutes but I try to the an hour. Plus i do weights, sit ups( like a 100) and if am really motivated i can jump on my bike. I'm only doing this for a week and even if my weight is the same i feel like it's less hard to the the hour run! Foodwise, i'm not too bad. I'm a vegetarien so i don't have any temptation for mcdo or much of the fast food(exept french fries and poutine!!) Well, i'm gonna go running now!!
