Sport V8 Juice

Sport Fitness
I am in a cutting routien right now, and I've been eating vegetables here and there, but I mainly eat them with dinner. Green Beans, Carrots, and other green vegetables. I feel like I should be eating more though. The thing is, I have a hard time eating vegetables as snacks, because they don't satisify my hunger, no matter how many I eat. I was wondering if V8 juice is all it's cracked up to be. Could I drink it along with a snack, say a few hard boiled egg whites, or a handful of almonds? Is it a good substitute for eating plain old raw veggies?

You can blend a small tin of tuna (185g) into a large glass of V8 to make a tasty protein drink - the V8 hides the tuna flavour.

I have been doing this for years, it's the perfect quick snack.

Its high in sodium. Greens+ is a great supplement to add in. 3tsp is equivalent to eating 5 servings of vegetables. I ordered two bottles off of and its not bad. That was the best price I could find it at.
