Where you going from here?
Welp, it seems I'm going to do a very slow transition out of V. This is week 5, and I'm doing 3 solid meals a week, 2 replacing shakes on wed and sun (carbage to hit some glycogenesis after running 5 miles), and one "eat whatever within reason and calorie limits" meal on Saturdays that replaces half or so of my shakes. By week 12 I will be at 3 solid meals per day, and 2-3 shakes, having also increased my caloric intake by 100-150 calories per week up to about 2750, which should put me around maintenance (for my obnoxiously efficient metabolism -_-).
Then, since everything will be nice and calm for school times, I start adding 300 calories a week until I find an intake at which I gain 1 lb/week, and just clean bulk until the cows come home.
It's funny ya know? People around here are always, ALWAYS clamoring on about how they're in the starvation mode b/c they ate too few calories. Take my example of the PSMF and yours of the V and our weight loss didn't stop. Hmmm.....
Excuses - and their root, fear of greatness - are very popular!
P.S. This ECA stuff is amazing, haha. Thanks again for the input. It's not so much the fat burning, don't think there's much difference there as my appetite was already under control and thermogenesis already off the charts, but all this stimulation is lovely.
If anything, it's majorly increased my appetite. I am revving with everything I've got. This is making the V Diet considerably more challenging, like I had hoped it would be, hahahahaha.
i've never bought into the whole starvation mode causes weight loss to stop...
however, I will not ever be convinced that too low calories as a long term solution(ie long term = more than 1 month) is a good idea...
100% agreed... with the proviso that we are talking of generalities. In most things, I pride myself on being the exception; not the rule.
I'll show you the proof in the Round 2 and Round 3 updates. With proper lighting and perspective this time, I promise.
