Using the bathroom too much

this might seem funny to some people but I think its a problem to me. I seem to be using the bathroom to much. My body is probably not able to use up all the protein I eat. I don't think I eat a llot of protein. I usually have 2 scooops of N-large after my workouts and on my off days. But then again , i dont know. Maybe someone could help me out with this.

At work on my breaks I eat a smoked turkey sandwich(wheat bread) and 3 eggs. Around 5pm I eat some chicken and beans with a little rice sometimes. At 10pm I eat myslef 2 oranges.

Why am I using the bathroom too much. It seems like my body is throwing away all the protein that it can't utilize. But like I said, I don't think I eat so much protein that my body cant handle.

It seems to stop me from gaining weight. What can I do to prevent this????
 
dont worry about it. your body is capable of managing itself.

if you are going a ridiculous amount, check with your doctor.

Do you drink a lot of water? Try to break up ur protein as much as possible. You're probably not even pissing that much, ur just too nervous about ur weightlifting and your job. Relax
