Using Supplements As Meals

According to the BMR formula thats used on this website, My maintenance calorie level is around 4000 calories. I can't think of many things that I could populate my current diet with, to even get close to 2000. Right now my meal plan consists of:

Breakfast-
oatmeal packet

midmorning snack-
fruit cup/pineapple slices

lunch-
lean cuisine

supper-
soup or
sandwich
or microwavable dinner.

I counted calories recently and I usually get to about 2000. but thats only when I eat fast food.

I'm now changing my diet and was wondering if I could get some help on my meal plan. I'm beginning to lift atleast once a day, and starting up some cardio. My main goal is to lose weight, but ive been told that cutting too many calories causes the body to store fat and such. I've been losing weight ever since I cut out fast food, but was looking towards mixing in protein shakes and such. My current meal plan IDEA is as follows:

Breakfast-
==Isomass extreme Gainer 1 serving
640 Calories
65g protein
Blend with fruit
==Multivitamin

Midmorning Snack-
Optimum Nutrition Casein Protein Shake

Lunch-
Tuna/Broccoli Sandwich
Lean Cuisine
Piece of Fruit
Piece of Vegetable

Midafternoon Snack-
Greek Yogurt

Supper-
Veggies
Soup or sandwich

Any help is highly appreciated!:p

My workouts will be done in the morning.

you need to stop eating like a bird.

I'm not a fan of tons of protein shakes to make up for whole food, because they tend to cause a lot of stomach discomfort. Especially if the weight gainer is full of Dextrose (rather than malto dextrin).

the diet you outlined contains no where near enough fiber either.

Also, lean cuisine sucks.

why don't you post your age, weight, height and sex (and what you do for a living all day) and we can make sure your 4,000 cal a day estimate is accurate.

I'm a 345lb 6'6 Male, I work at a call center but I'm standing atleast 3 hours a day and I walk for an hour a day for exercise. Sorry about the delayed response, new job.

With a look back at my original post, everything is an idea and not set in stone. I would like to get a shake involved because my mornings are extremely chaotic.
