Upright Exercise Bike?

looking for a good upright exercise bike thats reliable and cost no more then 250 bucks a little more then that wont be bad but want something i can trust and rely on and thats stable and has good features along with that

I think for your price range, I'd look for used. You should be able to find a nice, barely-used stationary bike that someone purchased for $700 for Christmas, sat around for 6 months and now wants to unload it for your price range. Check Craig's List.
