I'm currently recovering from a broken wrist, and the doctor cleared me for doing low-weight weightlifting (like no more than 20 lbs). Anyone know any good upper-body workouts that i don't need to use a lot of weight for, and still build decent muscle? I'm mostly thinking back or shoulders.
