upper body muscle

I will be 14 in 4 months and i'm 5.1" and 100 pounds. the only reason why i am 100 pounds is because of my stomach because it doesn't match the rest of my body.... i am skinny except for my chest and stomach.i want to flatten my stomach and chest and then build my upper body like shoulders, biceps, and triceps. i only have a barbell so i am limited on equipment.So can you tell me how to flatten my stomach and chest, and how to gain upper body muscle? i am a pitcher and would like to throw the ball harder and would like to play jv football but i need to get stronger. thank you. :(

Your still pretty young. I don't think I would recomend weights for you just yet. Your best bet is probobly to stay active, get plenty of daily exercise (sports) and start doing push ups, pull ups, sit ups, and other calisthenics.
