I will be 14 in 4 months and i'm 5.1" and 100 pounds. the only reason why i am 100 pounds is because of my stomach because it doesn't match the rest of my body.... i am skinny except for my chest and stomach.i want to flatten my stomach and chest and then build my upper body like shoulders, biceps, and triceps. i only have a barbell so i am limited on equipment.So can you tell me how to flatten my stomach and chest, and how to gain upper body muscle? i am a pitcher and would like to throw the ball harder and would like to play jv football but i need to get stronger. thank you.
