well i havn't been on in like 6 months lol, since then ive gone from 210lbs to.... 168lbs!! no real diet like atkins and what not, none of those ever worked for me, i just cut out sugar all together (with the exception of natural sugars of course ), absolutely no junk food (very hard for the first 2 months or so ) and i go to the gym 3-4 times a week as best i can. Hasn't been easy by any means, and still isn't really, but it gets easier each day. I still have a long ways to go, im done loseing weight now as im actually like a few lbs below average for my age and height if im not mistaken (im 18 years old and 6'1ish) Just gotta tone up. I have a little question and theres no real way to put this nicely lol, i cant seem to lose this little bit of fat around my.. "man boobies" lol (dont know what else to call em lol) I mean, i do lots of workouts that work on em like one called a butterfly press ( i think thats the name) im at 205lbs on it, i do bout 30-40 reps total per time at the gym, in addition to pushups and other such excercizes but after doing those for over 2 1/2 months theres still a little bit of fat there, not terribly noticeable but enough to make me self concious still. Does anyone have any ideas on what else i might be able to do to work on that, or should i just stick with what im doing now and hope that in time it will go away? Thanks for stopping by
