I keep a on another site that goes back a bit further than this one. This will be my weight training log. Currently I am bulking, with results so far of 191 to 197 since November 1st. Im also going to include an article that I read, which I hope will be everyday.

Did the Renedage rows for the first time, wow what an exercise. Not only do you have to hold yourself up with one hand, do the row motion with the other, but your core is screaming because of the stabilization.

I started at a new gym, and their layout has the squat racks on the opposite side as the free weights. So thats why my leg workouts were done, then my upper.

Renowned trainer Alwyn Cosgrove (one writer of New Rules of Lifting) speaks about the 7 habits of all training programs. Alwyn discusses the similarities of great programs, and doesnt get nit picky with the small differences.

I started to bulk too and posted a dairy. Thanks for posting the "Truth about Bulking" Article. It really changed my view of bulking.

cool articles. how do you track your breaks and weight schedule at the gym? i usually get distracted so i just bought tthe new workoutman watch to help. any suggestions? have you used it before?

Never used that watch, sorry. I look at the clock or just take a breather, a drink or two and go. Ive learned that usually what you think is 60 seconds is actually around 180.
