Yes. Optimum Nutrition has one, I think its called 100% Pure Whey.
I also believe trueprotien.com sells all theirs 'plain' if you look under the right category.
 
There is another brand called Any Whey protein. It's touted as "virtually tasteless" so you can add it to just about anything.
