I wanna lose weight for my health but I am not good at it. See one I easily get unmotivated when its comes to exercising. Twowhen I do exercise after a while my feet hurt . So I just give up I dont know if its cause I am flat footed or what ? My breathing bothers me some too I have an inhaler though .Three I am not good at portion controlling. I love to eat. Sometime I find myself nervous/emotional eating or overeating just because the food is there . I have been trying the fit tea n it did sum . But I feel like I have gained it back. Then another thing I am just not tht into water. I just really need help n maybe an accountablity partner. See when I do work out I mostly do it at home by myself . And when my hurt I easily give up. Or ill do about 10 mins of workout and I did good I have tried doing zumba via wii game n even doing yoga . I start out trying n do good but somewhere along the line I get so unmotivated Somebody plz help me I have been this way since high school . another thing I dont really like drinking water either. I hate sweating my permed hair n u have the Nicole Ari Parker head wrap for the sweating

Motivation is important to achieve your desired fitness goals. Share your progress with friends, try to enjoy your workouts, live stress free, stay away from negative thoughts, think positive, by following this, you can motivate yourself towards exercises and workouts. If these do not work you can take help of a personal fitness trainer.

Hi there! Your feet hurting (or ankles?) could be some sort of arthritis. This is often a result of eating unhealthy for a long time. Eating too large portions will also hurt your gut in the long run, and we need a healthy gut to stay healthy! I agree that you would need an accountability partner. Maybe you could find someone here in the forum? Otherwise you could also contact me if you like, I do coaching with people who have trouble losing weight.

I motivated myself by a small trick that I learnt with a lot of practice and I have been able to lost an average of 1.5 pounds a day for the last 25 days. It is just unbelievable! :hurray: :willy_nilly::cheers2:

You just need to set your goals, follow a good nutritional diet plan and use workout programs. Also to stay motivated you should listen to music. I always use GymStream - Free Workout Music on my iphone, uplifting and dynamic music, various playlists, it helps me stay on track.
Good luck !
