Universal Animal Max With Creatine - Any good?

I was looking for a supplement that has Creatine and Whey Protien and found this Animal Max. It seems to be priced pretty low also. It says it has 2.5g of Creatine Monohydrate.

Also, what is Glutamine

Here is a link.

I would be buying this mainly because Im low on money right now and this would save me from having to buy seperate Creatine and Protien supplements.

HOly crap.

Do you math again kiddo.

2.2lbs of protein for $24.99. You can get 5lbs of Optimum Nutrition protein for $25, and 500g of creatine for $15. That's 100 servings of creatine (3 months and 10 days), and 28 servings of protein (55g per serving...you could easily take a half serving and get 56 servings...actually Animal Max is only 30g of protein, so to be fair we would have to halve the Opt. Nut. brand to make an equal comparison).

for creatine try
for ON protein try

edit - here's specific links to the ON protein I take:
and a cheaper whey only ON protein:

They also have 600g of creatine for $16 at vitaglo:

glutamine is an amino acid that gets thrown around as a good recovery supplement. unfortunately the gut digests it in a way that muscles can't use. its good if you have intestinal problems..but useless as a weight training supp.
