I need help with my diet if any1 would help. I heard about not eating enough. I think I doing that. Also, I heard about not eating or producing enough amino acids then instead for losing fat, you start lose muscle tissue. I dont no wat foods you need for that. I eat about 5 meals a day. It usually consist of:
Breakfast: Half granola bar (sometimes i skip b/c i wake up 15 mins b4 my ride comes 4 school)
Lunch: Sandwich (usually roast beef or tuna, but sometimes I cheat and get fries and a burger only like once every 2 weeks.)
Afterschool: Tuna Sandwich
4th meal (usually around 7): Sandwich or w/e cookin
5th meal (around 10): W/e cookin
I was wondering if that is enough cal 4 the day or do in need more. and is that healthy enough. I don't think this is a good diet at all. I lost like 5 lbs in the first week and im 120% sure it is not all fat. If any1 would help, i would be so greatful. plz and thx.
