Hi,
Is anyone facing the same problem as me. There are days where I control my calories to the minimum as well. Those days, I notice that I can barely get some sleep. And for me to sleep, I tend to eat bread or something like that, and I can get some sleep an hour after I eat.
How should I overcome this problem. How many hours in advance should I eat my last meal and what should it consist of so that I can get my sleep, I need to go to work the next day.
