um....a in-general question.

ok, i hope this is the right place to post this but.....here goes.
ight, im startin to workout 4 days a week now consistantly and im cleaning up my diet. so, are there any supplements that it would be a good idea to take to help my muscles during and when im not working out?
 
perhaps protein and creatine:D
 
Multivitamin and fish oil - I don't really consider flax oil a supplement, but its good nonetheless. Perhaps creatine as well and some protein powder. But protein itself is a macronutrient, not a supplement...
