Sport Uh oh...the hardcore munchies...

Ok, so about 3 weeks ago my Tredmill crapped out. It's getting fixed soon though...I hope REALLY soon.

However, I have noticed that since school started again, I have a case of the munchies.

Like, snacks, mid day snacks, desert, all meals...I'm just hungry all of the time.

Is it because it's getting cold out now? During summer I didn't eat nearly as much.
 
It's because you are sitting on your ass all day with nothing else to do but think "man that pizza in the cafeteria smells good" It's hard but cafeine helps contain my appetite sometimes.
 
Keep bottles of water handy. Fill your stomach with water and it will register "full"; hunger will subside. Temporary, but can be very effective.
