I am planning to do cardio in morning fasting for 40min on incline at 8 and speed 4

Breakfast
egg whites with veggies all kind like mushroom, spinach, tomato, green pepper

snack - babybel light maybe with small apple

lunch -
meat, any kind, with salad or steamed veggies with any meat

workout at 4pm - cardio like morning, again, and lifting weight (lifting would be 3 times a week)

post workout would be protein powder with water

dinner - like lunch

U think I can be able to do this and lose 16 pounds or 8kg in 2 months?

It depends on how much you are eating. Like, when you say "meat", are we talking one serving (4 oz)? More? Less? I'd suggest weighing or measuring your food and logging in a calorie tracking website like livestrong. That food seems healthy enough to me, but it's very possible, easy even, to still over eat and gain weight on healthy food.

Thanks for ur input.
I plan on tracking what I eat.
What I mean about mean, it would be measuring between 4oz in meals. The babybels have proteins, and also plan on snacking on Greek yogurt.

But tell me, you think I can be able to lose this amount in 8 weeks?

I think it's a little close - how much do you weigh now? 16 lbs in 8 weeks is 2lbs a week. If you're close to your goal it may be difficult, but not impossible. Then again, if maintenance for you is 1500 calories you will probably not manage to eat only 500 calories a day. ;) If I'm reading your ticker right, you weigh 70kg (154lbs) and you might have to average 1200 calories a day to hit your goal...

On the other hand, you're really closing in on your goal weight, which means even 10 lbs makes a big difference and that's probably a pretty reasonable goal for 8 weeks.
