types of weight training?

Hey everyone,

Starting college back up and looking to start working out again. I figured I would lift weights and do abs monday wed friday and cardio tuesday thursday and maybe saturday. I was planning on switching off every couple of weeks between complement muscles (chest/tri back/bi and legs?) and then opposing muscles (chest/back bi/tri and legs?). Not sure when to do shoulders or legs though and what day order is best? Also whats better for super setting if I decide to do that for a few weeks, opposing or complement? ...and also a novice question, whats the difference between circuit training and cross training?
