If im cutting how many grams of fat do you recommend me to eat?
Also, is it ok to have a energy drink before lifting? The diet kind with no sugar except sucrose.

Generally while cutting people will concern themselves more with restricting carbs than with restricting fats. In any event, there is no need to ever let your fats dip below 10% of your daily caloric intake (it's impossible to put it in grams without knowing how big you are, how active you are, etc.).

Saying "no sugar except sucrose" is like saying "no sodium except salt"... maybe you meant sucralose. But it shouldn't do you any harm and depending on how hard you're working, could do you some good. If you're supplementing with protein after your workouts, you sure be sure to take it along with some kind of carbs as well, in a 2:1 to 3:1 carb:protein ratio.
 
how about never letting fat intake go below 20% of your daily intake, although most people are better off with 25% intake. 10% is way too low...not enough dietary fat to stay healthy.

and yeah, sucrose is sugar, sucralose is the artificial sweetner Splenda that's showing up in more foods. it should be fine, but you shouldn't NEED it to have energy to lift if you're eating properly in the first place.
