how about never letting fat intake go below 20% of your daily intake, although most people are better off with 25% intake. 10% is way too low...not enough dietary fat to stay healthy.
and yeah, sucrose is sugar, sucralose is the artificial sweetner Splenda that's showing up in more foods. it should be fine, but you shouldn't NEED it to have energy to lift if you're eating properly in the first place.
