Inspired by the Hundred Pushups Challenge, I thought we should have a Two Hundred Sit Ups Challenge as well!

The style they recommend is more a crunch than a full sit up (which suits me!).

Hmmm....I got 80 on my initial test which makes me wonder maybe i'm not coming up high enough. Cause apparently that's excellent and my physique and strength wouldn't be consiered excellent in anyone's books!!!!!

According to youtube vids my situps/crunches are fine - awesome!

Decided i'm going to start from week 4.

Good luck on your challenge i will see how i feel on ab day i might join you then but i would have to modify the challenge.
