Two a Days

So I'm trying to start two a days, gym in the mornings and at night, but I'm not to sure how to split up the body parts. I will be doing weights/body weight M,W,F and cardio T and TH.

So my question is basically should I do upper lower splits? Or single out body parts every gym session? I am going for size so not sure if that helps.
