Had my first "serious" binge today.
I found my trigger food: TWIZZLERS.
oh my holy....
i was doing some errands at lunch break today and planned to grab lunch afterward. I got SUPER hungry when i was in the sporting goods store making an exchange so i grabbed twizzlers because they are low fat and not soooo terrible for you ( other than sugar i guess)
Anyways, planned to have two or three of them.
i ate the WHOLE DAMN BAG. the whole thing. All 5 servings of twizzlers. 670 calorie SNACK. and the worst part is as i did it i was thinking THIS IS BAD, I NEED TO STOP.... but its like i wouldnt or couldnt.
wow. The last time i had twizzlers i went nuts like that too but my bf was with me and i forced half of them to him to eat so i wouldnt. This time i was all alone.... and super hungry for lunch.
UGHGHGHGHGH.
its gonna be one hell of a night at the gym tonight. That was a big eff up!!!
