ok Iam at the beginning.
A fresh start is always refreshing:eek: i feel more confident this time.
Firsts things first I bought an exercise bike, no more excuses.
second no more crazy diets, just going to be more heathful and moderate. Tryed low carb, no carb, but this girl has gotta get her pasta!
Here is my day so far...
Breakfast:milk chocolate slimfast blended with a Tablespoon of instant coffee,over ice and 1 apple w/ peanut butter, celery sticks with low fat cream cheese.
Satisfied i dont like to eat too much in the morning.
WATER, WATER, WATER
Snack: small salad different veggis Italian/ranch mix dressing
Water, coffee
Lunch: Broc, Califlower, spinache, cooked in some olive oil with a good size piece of fish, soy sauce, horseradish for some heat!
I did good so far... rode 10 minutes on my bike and did some light weights, and cleaned the whole darn house!
Did not touch the kids leftover plates!!!!LOL
I made some sugar free jello with sugar free cool whip for later
Dinner will be fish again(i like fish) pasta, veggis. tomorrow i will rock too!
one day at a time:p
 
i did not do so good today:mad: its ok though because pms has set in:mad: i did not totally blow it, but when iam pms'ing i CRAVE sugar!!! so i have been eating little mini bowls of KIX today:p and i have my ususal pms headache so maybe tomoorow i will be better. stupid hormones. yells at husband!!!!arg! hes under the bed btw!!!! j/k iam not ~THAT~ bad:confused:

Hi Beth, glad to see you started a diary! :D I know all about the PMS thing - and I AM that bad!!! LOL In fact, I just got done sending everybody for cover, myself :D

Looks like you are doin' great :D Keep up the good work :)
 
Betharoo where'd ya go to??? Hope you haven't given up so soon ......
