since im trying to cut calories whereever i can, i dont use mayo in my daily can of tuna. i tried low fat but it tasted horrible. now i use honey dijon mustard which has zero calories and zero fat! oh and i dont use any bread either, just the tuna and mustard mixed up in a bowl :)

Oh I know what you mean with the tuna thing. well when it comes to the no mayo. I haven't tried it with mustard. Anyways what I do, is that I get a can of tune, chop up some "bread and butter" pickles (they are kinda sweet) and lettuce, with some pepper, mix it up, and eat it like that. It's kindal ike a salad. It's really good too.

yea, i'm all over the pickles and tuna ... add some cheese to that and i can survive without any spread ... but trying the mustard sounds like a good idea

you can also substitute yougurt for mayo and sour cream in dishes... i haven't tried it yet, but i bought some for the next time i make tuna salad..

hmm thats a good idea. I should try the yougurt thing
