I think stomach crunches are the best option.
 
Bumping 2 month old thread. All of this information is wrong. Crunches are not going to help you lose stomach fat. Spot reduction is a myth. You can only lower overall body fat percentage. You have to burn more calories than you take in every day. Plain and simple. If you burn 2500 cals in a day between daily activities and exercise, then eat 2000. That's 1/1.5lbs a week safely, but you need to figure out TDEE. Google a TDEE calculator. A good one will ask your age, height, weight and amount of activity. Figure out your TDEE for your body and go from there.
 
Avoid junk food and take exercise regular basis. Also do swimming as well.
