Tummy Exercise and Exercise that lift the butt

do situps but dont go the whole way up, just raise your head and shoulders off the floor.
Do this slowley not fast, and have your arms crossed accross your chest rather than behind the head.
Another one is lay on your back and raise your knees so your feet are off the floor and knees on the chest. Press your lower back into the floor so your spine is dead flat on the ground and then slowly lower and extend one leg out straight without touching the floor (about 1-2" off the floor) then bring it back. Then do the other leg.
wow just did a google and found a few more. seems to be the best one. is the google search

I just got Carmen Electra's Fit to Strip videos...there's one that just working out to get the muscles/tone you need to do the stripping:eek: and it's got the exercise that Wishes mentioned, plus a few others like that. One was like reverse sit-ups; bend your knees, put one ankle on the reverse knee and lift that knee to your chest.

I did them the once, and boy, did that video ever work my stomach and butt!

To lift the butt try this one:
Get down on your hands and knees, with your hands directly under your shoulders and your knees directly under your hips. Lift one leg and straighten it out behind you at hip height. Lift and lower the leg, always trying to keep it at or above hip height.
There are lots of variations of this, you can do it with the knee bent so it's like you're trying to kick the ceiling or you can rotate the leg in circles... you can also do this lying on your stomach which is more difficult and works your lower back quite strongly as well as being good for your butt.
Sorry if those instructions aren't very clear.

thanks everyone!!!! I will try them starting THIS EVENING.
