Tumeric

So, i've been reading about gynecomastia and i've stumbled upon a possible cure for it. I was scanning a forum and they were saying how they're seeing results from taking tumeric. Does any body know if this would work? Me, personally, only have a slightly mild case of it around the nipple, but i'm so damn self conscience that i won't take off my shirt for 100 bucks. I used to be slightly overweight(nothing dramatic) until i learned how to diet correctly, and now my bf% is low enough to see all abs. With that being said, my gynecomastia did decrees some, but there's still puffyness of the nipple. Moreover, does any of you fellas/ladies know anything of tumeric? is it safe? does it do anything to screw with your diet or muscle growth, etc.. I just want to be safe before i continue on taking these tumeric pills. I'm pretty sure this idea i've read about is pretty far fetched, but i would be willing to lick a cows ball sack everyday to get rid of this stuff.

Thanks for any feed back
